Booth Chaplin, aka, The Viper, is a black market magic dealer who runs the Hex with his gang of magitech merry men.

 Booth grew up a quick-witted, smooth talker with aspirations of rising above his station in life. He tried the military, but as an anti-authoritarian, that didn’t go so well. He landed back in the Hex, where he started thieving from the rich to sell to the poor.

 He’s far from a Robin Hood, however. He rails against the establishment, loves hearing himself talk, and has swagger for days. Sexual orientation: YES.
